Frank Sullivan Jr.
Frank Sullivan, Jr., was appointed to the Indiana Supreme Court in 1993. He served as Indiana State Budget Director from 1989 through 1992. He chairs the Supreme Court’s Judicial Technology and Automation Committee (JTAC) and its effort to equip all Indiana courts with a 21st-century case management system and to connect each court’s system with each other and with those who need and use court information. He holds degrees from Dartmouth College, the Indiana University Maurer School of Law–Bloomington, and the University of Virginia School of Law.
