Snorri Ogata is the chief technology officer for the Superior Court of California, County of Orange. Snorri joined the court in 2005 and oversaw the implementation of the statewide California Case Management System, and also extended numerous services to the public and agencies via the Internet. He has more than 25 years of IT experience in a variety of industries. He currently serves as a board member for the Court Information Technology Officer Consortium and leads the group’s education subcommittee. He has served on the California Judicial Council’s Court Technology Advisory Committee.
