Tom Clarke is the research and technology vice president at the National Center for State Courts. He has worked in federal and state government positions for the last 20 years as a researcher, applied statistician and technology manager. He also has academic and international justice consulting experience. Most recently, Clarke worked in the court community as a researcher and state court CIO. He has represented the courts on several national technical standards committees and Washington State IT governance and architecture committees. Clarke has a strong interest in the use of open national standards, enterprise architecture and service-oriented architectures.
