Bullard Bill Jr

Bill Bullard, Jr. was appointed in January 2011 as the Oakland County, Mich., clerk/register of deeds. Within his first three months in office, Bullard visited all 61 municipal clerks in the county. He has begun a campaign called “Online; not In Line” to promote online services to Oakland County taxpayers. He also created the Open Oakland Transparency Project, which made county commission records searchable online back to its origin in 1970. Previously, Bullard served as the chairman of the Oakland County Board of Commissioners for six years. Bullard came to county government after serving as a state representative and a state senator.
